Notice about Completion and Acceptance of Environmental Protection of 29800 tons/year Hazardous Waste Project Cooperatively Treated by the Cement and Kiln of Liyang Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.

On October 16, 2017, Liyang Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. based on Changzhou Environmental Protection Bureau's opinion on September 30, 2017 regarding independent acceptance and the report named The Monitoring Report on the Environmental Protection Acceptance of 29800 Tons/Year Hazardous Waste Project Cooperatively Treated by the Cement and Kiln of Liyang Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. prepared by Changzhou Environmental Monitoring Center, had completed the acceptance of environmental protection of 29800 tons/year Hazardous Waste Project Cooperatively Treated by the Cement and Kiln. Relevant materials were publicized through the website of the People's Government of Liyang from October 17, 2017 to November 16, 2017. The public notice included Acceptance report of completion environmental protection, Acceptance Monitoring Report, and Opinions of Completion and Acceptance of Environmental protection , etc.

According to Notice of the Interim Measures for the Inspection and Acceptance of Environmental Protection for Construction project completion (national ring gauge EIA [2017] No. 4), the acceptance report is divided into acceptance monitoring (survey) reports, acceptance opinions, and other matters needing explanation. In order to ensure the integrity of the public information, the Acceptance Monitoring Report, Opinions of Completion and Acceptance of Environmental protection and "Other Matters needing explanation" shall be publicly announced. The publicity period is from December 18, 2017 to January 12, 2018 (20 working days in total).
