On October 23rd, Gao fengtao, chairman of the supervisory boards of the key and large state-owned enterprises, came to synergetic disposal line of  Anhui Sinoma Cement Corporate’s 500T/D cement kiln, which has been general contracted by our company, toured with Song zhiping, president of China building materials group and party, secretary of the party committee, Wu wei, director of the supervisory boards of the key and large state-owned enterprises, and cui peng, deputy director of the supervisory boards of the key and large state-owned enterprises.

Accompanied by Wu dehou, the leader of our company, Gao fengtao and other leaders do the field survey on the synergetic disposal line of Anhui Sinoma Cement Corporate’s 500T/D cement kiln. The running synergetic disposal line was inspected in detail, and the key technical and economic parameters were asked too.

In the conference room, Wu Dehou made an introduction to the Anhui Chaohu City Vein Industrial Park Project.

The “Harmless and cooperative disposal of 500t/d domestic waste in Chaohu of Anhui Sinoma Cement Corporate” project is one of the functional projects of Ecological Governance, which building for social responsibility and green transformation of enterprise and for the “pilot opinions on the coordinated disposal of domestic waste by cement kiln” that was put forward by the Six Ministries and commissions of the State. The project is the first phase of the Chaohu City Vein Industrial Park.

To meet the higher requirements of the integration of the Anhui Chaohu City Vein Industrial Park, the company has further updated the existing technology, the technological process and the related equipment, ensuring that the cement kiln production line is more stable, and realized the 3.0 version of the disposal of domestic waste by cement kiln, which means completely discharged zero.                   

The project adopts the pretreatment process to classify garbage, to adapt to the actual local mixed waste collection, garbage sorting for combustible part, non-combustible part, metal, leachate and other four parts, respectively, into the cement production line system used as alternative fuels and alternative raw materials, after high temperature calcination of cement kiln, implementation harmless disposal. Landfill leachate is collected through the storage system and then enters the leachate treatment system. The treated secondary water reaches the national level II discharge standard, which is used for the production line recycling of cooling water. Compared with the traditional way of living garbage disposal, has the characteristic of no waste and dry pressing net two pollution, in accordance with the" Reduction、Harmless、Recycling ".

The project started construction in July 15, 2016, began commissioning in May 15th, went through the 72-hour assessment in the end of October, then achieving stable production status.

The completion of the project has improved the quality of city environment and green development and promoted the national ecological civilization tourism pilot area construction of Chaohu City. Also, it has become the demonstration projects of Chaohu City Vein Industrial Park and achieved Anhui Sinoma Cement Corporate’s social value.

Gao Fengtao fully affirmed the project construction and technical innovation, proposed to actively summarize and popularize the experience of disposal of solid waste in cement kilns project. President Song Zhiping spoke highly of the project construction and technical innovation, vigorously in the group the existing cement production line application, proposed that the central enterprises should play for the realization of " Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets”.
